We offer a diverse range of machining and fabrication options through extensive equipment and also manufacture items ranging from one offs to short production runs when items are too costly to repair or refurbish. Many items exceed their life cycle through corrosion or fatigue and through careful reconfiguration we are often able to increase the life cycle / longevity of this equipment through material selection, heat treatment, re-design / reinforcement.
Typical items include exhaust manifolds, end-shields, housings, liners, winch drums and turbine cylinder heads. Materials include cast iron, steel, stainless, bronze, in appropriate grades.
Applications for major mining, petro-chemical and shipping companies, car manufacturers, steel mills, general industry.

Items can sometimes be machined on-site with little dismantling and disruption to production schedules.

Diesel Engine Reconditioning & Components
Reconditioning of components, machining blocks, tunnel, surface counterbore, top deck inserts. Facing flywheel housings, manifolds, inc. slip-joints.
Dynamometer and diagnostic equipment is on hand as is a range of calibrated measuring and test equipment. NDT (Non Destructive Testing) crack detection - magnetic particle inspection or dye penetrant method available.
Typical work includes refurbishment of cylinder heads, blocks, casings, con rods, gear boxes, pumps, and turbines.

Gardner Diesel Engines Service Spares 2UC, 3UC Gearboxes
Full fuel pump room dedicated to Gardner Diesels for overhaul and calibration of Fuel injection and lift pumps, and injectors. Change over injectors usually ex stock.
Water pump overhaul, cylinder heads, blocks reconditioned in-house to highest standard. Flywheel and housing modification to suit different applications / gearboxes.
